VULCANIZING PRESSES

Vulcanization is the process of creating the silicone mould. The prototype that has to be reproduced is placed between the two disks of raw silicone rubber. They subsequently are placed in the moulding frame to be held together. The bracket is placed inside the vulcanizing press for cooking under pressure. Thus the prototype leaves perfectly its mould into the silicone rubber.

The vulcanizing presses are specially designed for the production of moulds for low-melting metal alloys. The vulcanizers allow the creation of accurate and detailed moulds thanks to their high technological content and to the superior quality of the materials used to build them.
