Nicem turbo tumblers are machines with a special system that creates a centrifugal movement which notably speeds up the machining process. They are specifically made to process parts in steel, stainless steel, zama, brass, aluminum, PVC, etc.
The TURBO system offers faster processing times compared to the traditional processes of vibrofinishing and tumbling.
It can work either wet or dry.
Automatic separation group - optional
The machine can be integrated with an automatic separation group to increase workload and cut times.
Easy adjustment for ring bonding thickness
Thanks to the possibility to adjust the space between the bottom rotary plate and the top static ring, the water can leave the machine without trapping pieces. This is why our turbo tumblers are ideal to machine parts with a low thickness.
Rings with NICEM special long-life treatment
Nicem special LONG LIFE treatment guarantees lower consumption and less maintenance, and the adjustment of the ring will be around zero. With this treatment it is really possible to work items of materials with a very low thickness.

Wide range of syringes (10-30-60 cubic centimeters), adapters, gaskets and interchangeable needles (from 0.5 to 1.6 mm in diameter) for the most varied applications. Three spatulas, including a straight one, a sloped one and an “L” shaped one, complete the kit.
All the enamels of the Z series are hard enamels resistant to high temperatures (180-200°C) and color changes caused by UV rays. They are suitable to be sanded, polished and laser engraved. The enamels of the Z series are also used as support in image hot stamping processes (heat transfer or dye sublimation).
Tilting tumblers are machines suited to process the surfaces of metal parts in zama, brass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and also non-metal parts, such as plastic. The rotary movement inside the machine of a biconical octagonal container, together with abrasive inserts (in plastic, urea, wood or corn cobs) allow the tumblers to deburr, smooth and...
The centrifugal dryers ASC/LR with tilting basket are the required accessory for vibrofinishing systems since they can bulk dry metal parts of any shape within a brief timespan.Drying takes place through centrifuging in forced air currents. They are ideal for products that are not too delicate or for pieces with small blind holes.
The circular vibrators in the SM series are flat channel machines with manual extraction. Ideal to matte finish handles, taps, etc. and metal parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel silver, brass and zama. The vibrators in the SM series are versatile machines with the possibility of different adjustments to suit any type of processing with...
The range of vibrators from the WL series guarantees maximum rapid and flexible processing times, without having to give up top-quality machining results at limited costs. The vibrators from the WL series allow the creation of modular, automatic work islands, able to solve more complex processing cycles in a more rational manner. Particular attention has...
Catalysts are hardeners that allow the enamel to change from liquid to solid state. There are different types of catalysts to provide a certain level of viscosity to the enamel, thus allowing the operator to decorate any surface.By changing the quantity of catalyst, the operator determines the level of enamel viscosity.
Oven designed drying or aging of objects equipped with piece-holder rotating rods. The rotation of the hooked pieces prevents the formation of drippings and drops; therefore, this oven is particularly suitable for extremely curved objects such as rings, bracelets and small/medium size items.
