Nicem turbo tumblers are machines with a special system that creates a centrifugal movement which notably speeds up the machining process. They are specifically made to process parts in steel, stainless steel, zama, brass, aluminum, PVC, etc.
The TURBO system offers faster processing times compared to the traditional processes of vibrofinishing and tumbling.
It can work either wet or dry.

Automatic separation group - optional
The machine can be integrated with an automatic separation group to increase workload and cut times.
Easy adjustment for ring bonding thickness
Thanks to the possibility to adjust the space between the bottom rotary plate and the top static ring, the water can leave the machine without trapping pieces. This is why our turbo tumblers are ideal to machine parts with a low thickness.
Rings with NICEM special long-life treatment
Nicem special LONG LIFE treatment guarantees lower consumption and less maintenance, and the adjustment of the ring will be around zero. With this treatment it is really possible to work items of materials with a very low thickness.
